2016年10月3日,肯塔基州科温顿市– 今天,亚什兰在面向未来的征途中又往前迈进了一步。在拆分胜牌之后,新亚什兰进一步提升了公司战略,以“一家致力于解决难题的公司”(Always Solving™)形象全新亮相,配合全新的企业文化将助力继续把亚什兰打造成世界顶尖的特种化学品公司。


“自从宣布把亚什兰和胜牌拆分为两家伟大的独立上市公司那天起,我们即开始了一段思虑周全且坚定不移的征途,” 亚什兰董事会主席及首席执行官武威忠先生说。“今天,我们两家公司不仅强大、独立,而且都是业内的领军者,未来一片光明。”

在此次变革的过程中,亚什兰向公众发布了全新的品牌标识-“一家致力于解决难题的公司” (Always Solving™)- 彰显了亚什兰的企业定位,突出了服务领域横跨医药、汽车、个人护理、涂料、胶黏剂、生物功能性等领域的亚什兰人。
