亚什兰完成与英力士的交易,以10.15亿美元出售复合材料业务和德国马尔丁二醇工厂

2019 9 3 日,肯塔基州卡温顿市(全球通社)——亚什兰全球控股公司 (NYSE: ASH) 今日宣布完成与英力士公司 (INEOS) 的交易,以10.15美元出售复合材料业务(不包括Maleic业务)和德国马尔丁二醇工厂。此次业务出售的净收入总额约为 9.3 亿美元。亚什兰此前已偿还 4 亿多美元的债务,预计本周末将再偿还 5 亿美元。
